Products for oily skin or acne prone skin.

Oily skin is often prone to acne and pimples even after we teenage years are long gone.So, is my situation I have oily skin which tends to break out every now and then even though my hormones are well under control; my skin tends to get oily during summers and rainy and its kind of normal in winters. Below are few products that worked for me to keep my acne under control ,I did try lot of products but these in combination have really proven great . I hope it helps you too.

SASLIC DS  by CIPLA [salicylic acid foaming face wash]:

These come in two types one is 1% and the other is 2% . I use two percent it works for me you can start with the 1% first and then proceed to next. So what it basically does is it drys or dehydrates your pimples and then eventually by its peeling action it removes it for good. It is recommended two times a day if u have oily skin or acne .

 

 

 DEWSOFT CREAM

As for oily skin we need a water base cream this cream has worked a lot for me i apply it at night only once and it makes your skin very soft to an extent that in few days by combination of saslic face wash and dewsoft cream all those stubborn black heads can easily come out. I don't really use scrub of a specific company because they never work for me so i make one at home by adding sugar and yogurt , or you can take baking soda and yogurt there are many options.

Dr. Batra's oil control face wash :

It does not reduce pimples or anything but since you can use saslic face wash only twice since more can dry your skin ; if I am traveling  and stuff I keep this face wash with me just in case if my skin becomes oily or I just need to feel fresh.So over all these products help me keep my skin away from breaking out .

But what if you still get a break out and need a spot treatment then you can use over the counter cream of glycolic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Use these creams only as spot treatment not on complete face.

 

Now since we are using so many products for our acne due to their skin peeling action our skin becomes sensitive to sun rays, UV rays what ever you call it. So the best sunscreen product you can get for your self for any skin but highly recommended for oily skin by dermatologist is neutrogena sunscreen cream . It is non- comedogenic which is great since it will not block your pores and thus prevent acne.
